Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

The ground rules for using BirthdayCard.Online — written so you know what to expect.

Agreement

By accessing or using BirthdayCard.Online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms; when legal consent is enabled, we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing with account changes.

The service

We provide tools to create and share birthday cards, browse curated ideas, and (where enabled) manage Birthday Hubs with registries/wishlists, galleries, announcements, and party planning features. Features may change as we improve the product.

  • You are responsible for content you upload or publish (messages, images, registry links, hub posts).
  • Do not use the service for harassment, illegal activity, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • External product links (including affiliate-tagged links where disclosed) are provided for convenience; third-party sites have their own terms.

Accounts & hubs

If you create an account or a Birthday Hub, keep your credentials secure. Hub privacy modes (public, unlisted, private) and optional access codes control who can view content. Registry claims by guests (name + email) or logged-in users are visible as claimed/reserved so others do not duplicate purchases; tracking proof visibility follows the claimer’s choice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, analytics, and consent.
