If you created the card while logged in, go to Account and open My cards to see all your cards and their view links. If you created it without an account, the only link is the one shown after creation — save or share that URL. We can't recover links for anonymous cards.

Try these steps:

• Refresh the page or try opening the link in a private/incognito window.
• Check that the URL is complete (no characters missing at the end).
• Disable browser extensions that block scripts or content.
• Try a different browser or device.

If it still fails, contact us with the exact link and your browser/device.

Log in and go to Account → My cards. From there you can open a card to view it or use the options to edit or delete. Cards created without an account cannot be edited or deleted later.

Go to the Create page from the main menu. Fill in the recipient's name and birthday, choose a theme and message, then create the card. You'll get a unique link to share. Optionally create an account to save and manage your cards.

On the login page, use the Forgot password? link to reset. Ensure you're using the correct email. Clear cookies for this site and try again. If you still can't log in, contact us with the email you used to register.

Try rotating the device or refreshing. Some themes are optimized for landscape. If text or images are cut off, try zooming out in the browser. If the problem persists, tell us the card link and device/browser so we can improve compatibility.

Use our Report page (in the footer or menu) and choose the report type that fits (e.g. inappropriate content). Include the card link so we can review it. We take reports seriously and will act on policy violations.
